1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

2 Member Eligibility

To use spin99's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

3 Registration and Account Management

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account at spin99. Registering a second or duplicate account is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of fund balances.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information. Details you provide — including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and banking details — must be your own and valid. spin99 is not responsible for any issues arising from false or inaccurate information provided by a member.

• Your account password must be kept confidential and must not be shared with anyone.
• You are fully responsible for all activities carried out under your account.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact spin99 customer support immediately.
• KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal is processed. Documents that may be requested include a valid national ID or passport.

Spin99 uses a two-factor authentication (2FA) system to protect member accounts. You are encouraged to activate this additional security feature through your account settings.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

Spin99 supports a wide range of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. All transactions are processed through secure, integrated payment channels.

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account within 1–5 minutes depending on the payment method selected.
• You may only deposit funds from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name.
• Spin99 does not accept cash, cheques, or international bank transfers for individual accounts.

Withdrawal:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per request.
• Withdrawals are typically processed in under 5 minutes after KYC verification is complete.
• Withdrawal funds will be transferred to the bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the Spin99 account.
• Spin99 reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals exceeding certain limits as a fraud prevention measure.
• Any attempt to withdraw bonus funds that have not yet met the wagering requirements is prohibited.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Spin99 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and specific conditions stated alongside each promotional offer.

• The welcome bonus is only available to new members making their first deposit.
• The wagering requirement for each bonus will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms. Wagering requirements are typically between 10x and 30x the bonus value.
• Bonuses may not be converted to cash unless the specified wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Spin99 reserves the right to void any bonus if there are indications of abuse or suspicious activity.
• Each member is eligible to receive only one type of welcome bonus.

6 Game Rules and System Accuracy

In situations where a technical disruption, system failure, or software error occurs during a game session, Spin99 reserves the right to:

• Reversing or cancelling payments resulting from clear system errors.

Spin99 is not responsible for losses incurred due to internet service disruptions on the member's end, personal device failures, or issues originating outside our platform's control.

7 Prohibited Conduct

Use of the spin99 platform must comply with community guidelines and applicable laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or someone else's.
• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to access or interact with the platform.
• Attempting to hack, breach, or interfere with the platform's security systems.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activities.
• Sharing your account with another individual or allowing others to use your account.
• Cheating or deceiving spin99 or other members in any way.
• Using a credit card or bank account that is invalid or does not belong to you for transactions.
• Abusing the bonus or promotions system through dishonest methods.

Any violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all fund balances and bonuses, and appropriate legal action.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

Spin99 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any terms in this document.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Requests from legal authorities or relevant regulatory bodies.
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months.

Members who wish to close their own account may do so by contacting the Spin99 customer support team. Prior to closure, all applicable bonus wagering requirements must be fully completed.

For accounts closed due to a terms violation, Spin99 reserves the right to withhold the remaining balance pending a further investigation conducted by our team.

9 Spin99 Liability Limits

The spin99 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, spin99 makes no express or implied warranties regarding the suitability, reliability, or availability of the platform at any time.

Spin99 is not liable for:

• Loss of anticipated profits, income, or business opportunities.
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet infrastructure failures, natural disasters, or third-party interruptions.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in maintaining password security.

Spin99's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
